A nation, for it to function must stay united. Typically for nations to be unified there is a uniform set of norms for everyone to abide. This chinese proverb hints towards that in inplying that a nations for it to cooperate and function must follow set norms. The people who abide the norms are cherished, hence making them a nation's treasure. Everyone is able to better the country and keep peaceful mannerisms for the greater commonwealth. Choosing the right will enable us to be united.
