Harmful effects of smoking

“The HARMFUL Effects of Smoking”

One principle that people do not grasp, is that smoking is dangerous to everyone. When you smoke you are not only harming yourself but those who may be standing next to you down the street or even down the block. Inside the small insignificant cigarette stick you will find many poisons:
1.       •Acetone - also found in finger nail polish remover
2.       •Ammonia - used in household cleaning compounds
3.       •Arsenic - commonly used in rat poison.
4.       •Butane - key ingredient in lighter fluid
5.       •Cadmium - active component in battery acid
6.       •Carbon Monoxide - the same gas released from your car's exhaust system
7.       •DDT/Dieldrin - a poison used in commercial insecticides
8.       •Ethanol - alcohol
9.       •Hydrogen Cyanide - yet another lethal poison
10.   •Methane - gas released from the bowels (now there's a nice thought)
11.   •Nicotine - yet another insecticide, and a highly addictive substance
12.   •Fungicides and pesticides -- Cause many types of cancers and birth defects.
13.   •Cadmium -- Linked to lung and prostate cancer.
14.   •Benzene -- Linked to leukemia

All of these poisons lead to cancerous and chronic diseases. All of these poisons ingested into your system causes defaults and degenerate your body. This may include aging, heart attacks, oral cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, many of which are extremely painful and not pleasant. Please be aware of the causes and prevent others from taking and unnecessary step onto a slippery slope.
