Loyalty

During an everyday softball game an averagew girl whose dream it was to hit beyond the fence accomplished her goal. When it was Sarah's turn to bat, as her body swayed he knee kept idle. She tore her ACL (a ligament in her knee) and was unable to preceed to the next base. Her goal was incomlpete, because she could not finish her homerun on all the bases. Turning back to 1st base the loyalty of Mallory and Liz from the opposing team asked the umpire if they could assist her to complete the bases. Although it was against the rules the Umpires allowed it. Sarah in tears with a roaring crowd fulfilled her dream.

This act of loyalty is not one that you can see everyday. People are too competitive have compassion for the other team. Greatness can be found in every person.
