This statement alludes to the fact that you are in control of what affects you. When you do wrong you have no one to blame but yourself. When you do right, only you have the force to create those actions. Nobody can be blames for your actions but yourself, this is the self responsibility that we have through out life. the acceptance of blame for good and bad.
