Student Success Statement

Student Success Statement
"Character is higher that intellect."
--Ralph Walsdo Emerson

If character is higher than intellect then personality is above education. I have mixed reactions for this quote. Although character is very important, the mind's ability to retain information and use it to warn future generations is equal if not greater. It depends on a vertain situation if character is held higher than intellect, like in social issues. To gain and attract people's attention, you need charismatic personality and characteristics that in some cases is held higher than intellect. But in most institutions intellect is held in high reguards. In some places it still exists and should to keep a higher standard of living and sociality. If all falls to characteristics then there will be a decrease in education and the will to stay aware of surroundings rather than being known for being nice.
